PolyNet Ltd. has successfully completed a major network synchronization system extension project at its existing client MTN Uganda.

After winning the international tender for delivery, installation and commissioning of PTP Grandmaster servers, PolyNet successfully completed the implementation project of this new synchronization system.
The contracted system implementation project is an upgrade and extension of the initial synchronization system development carried out by PolyNet in year 2010. This system upgrade and extension with IEEE1588 PTP Grandmaster clocks is in line with MTN’s network and service developments and it ensures to optimize the network performance and service quality. Within the current project one unit of PW1008HG type PRC quality TDM network clock and 9 units of PTPGM1010 were implemented and integrated into the existing system.
